What to Expect

Habits for Life Online is an 8-week course that will help you infuse the principles of The 7 Habits of Highly Effective People into your everyday work and relationships. Plus, learn other related helpful habits and strategies for lasting improvement. Principles don’t change during a crisis; they empower you to rise above it.

Expert Instruction

Join our FranklinCovey certified instructors as they lead a 90 minute, live-streamed class each week, from 7:00 to 8:30 p.m. Mountain Time each Thursday. You’ll expand your knowledge and hone your skills as you master each habit. These live sessions also include time for questions and answers. All sessions will be recorded so as a registered attendee if you miss any of them, you will have full access to the recorded sessions until December 10, 2022.

You can choose to become certified in 7 Habits by taking FranklinCovey’s 7 Habits certification exam ($59 additional fee). Your business or employer may help you pay for this course if you pass the certification exam.

Our current instructor has inspired thousands of individuals, and he is excited to inspire you too! Ben Knowlton grew up in Kaysville, Utah, is married, and has five sons and five grandchildren. At BYU he first graduated in Portuguese and Psychology and later graduated from the Master of Public Administration program. Ben has taught release-time seminary for 19 years, Institute at UVU for 11 years, and BYU Religious Education courses more recently. Seven years ago Ben became trained and certified to teach FranklinCovey 7 Habits courses to adults and youth. At BYU he helped create the Habits for Life youth camp and has also taught at EFY and Education Week for many years. He loves to snow ski and sing karaoke.
